Do you carry specific brands?
Yes! We work with leading manufacturers in the industry. If you’re looking for a specific brand, let us know—we likely carry it or can source it quickly.
Are your products DLC or Energy Star certified?
Many of our products are DLC and/or Energy Star certified. Just ask and we’ll confirm which options meet your energy rebate or compliance requirements.
Ordering & Shipping
How do I place an order?

How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Lead times for special-order or backordered items vary by manufacturer.
Do you offer local pickup?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, ACH, and business checks. Net terms may be available for approved accounts.
How can I apply for credit terms?

Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?

Notify us within 5 business days with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We’ll work with the manufacturer to resolve it quickly.
Do your products come with a warranty?
