Most of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, and we’re here to help you navigate any warranty claims quickly and easily.

Standard Warranty Coverage

Most commercial and industrial lighting products we supply include manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 10 years, depending on the brand and product type. Coverage typically includes:

Defects in materials or workmanship

2.

Premature failure under normal operating conditions

3.

Product replacement or credit (at the manufacturer’s discretion)

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please provide the following:

1.

Original order number or invoice

2.

Product details (SKU, brand, model)

3.

Description of the issue

4.

Photos or documentation (if applicable)

Once received, we will coordinate with the manufacturer and keep you updated throughout the process.

What’s Not Covered

Warranty coverage typically does not include:

1.

Improper installation or wiring

2.

Damage due to misuse, abuse, or modification

3.

Failure caused by power surges, water exposure, or extreme environmental conditions

4.

Products used outside their rated application or spec

5.

Labor costs for removal or reinstallation (unless specified by the manufacturer)

Warranty Response Time

While timelines vary by manufacturer, most warranty claims are processed within 7–21 business days after submission of all required documentation.
