🚚 Shipping Methods

We offer shipping across the continental United States using reputable freight and parcel carriers. Delivery methods may include:

Standard Ground Shipping

LTL Freight for large orders or palletized items

Expedited Shipping (available upon request)

Shipping method is determined based on order size, weight, destination, and urgency.

 

📦 Order Processing Times

In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Special-order or backordered items may take longer based on manufacturer lead times.

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves the warehouse.

🗺️ Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to business and commercial addresses within the continental U.S. If you require shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, please contact us directly for options.

 

📍 Delivery to Job Sites

We can ship directly to construction sites, warehouses, and contractor offices, provided someone is available to accept the delivery. Please ensure that:

The site can accommodate a delivery truck (if shipping LTL freight)

Someone is present to inspect and sign for the shipment

Any special delivery instructions are provided when placing the order

 

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

We take care to package orders securely, but damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your shipment arrives with missing or damaged items:

1. Note it on the delivery receipt with the carrier.

2. Take clear photos of any damage.

3. Contact us within 5 business days at cs@summitltg.com.

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and coordinate with the carrier or manufacturer as needed.

 

💲 Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Estimated shipping costs will be provided at the time of quoting or ordering.

For larger orders, we may offer free freight allowances depending on the order size and manufacturer.
